On Tuesday February 25th, 2563 Palangboon (Chuy) W. Santai fought at Lumpinee Stadium. He took on Daopasuk Sitmonchai, from the famous Sitmonchai gym in Kanchanaburi.
The fight starts with both fighters calm an poised, Daopasuk comes forward with an attempted short bursting punch combination, but Palangboon the young fighter from W. Santai Gym draws first strike with two sharp leg kicks. Palangboon continues working the kicks to the leg as the Sitmonchai fighter tries to change it up by using teeps and lead kicks to the body in hopes of disrupting the attacks of Palangboon.
No matter Palangboon is invested in the leg kicks and continues on with his game plan, round one ends. Start of the second shows both fighters engaging with punches, there’s a brief clinch exchange with Daopasuk using the cross face in hopes to create space for his knees. Eventually there’s a stalemate and the referee breaks the fighters. Not shortly after, Palangboon W. Santai delivers two more solid leg kicks in which the second one buckles and drops the Sitmonchai fighter. He doesn’t answer the referees count and the fight is stopped in the second round declaring Palangboon the winner.
Palangboon W. Santai utilized the low kicks early on in hopes of finding a chink in the armore of his respected opponent, who up until that point was riding a nice winning streak.
Result: Palangboon W. Santai wins 2nd round via leg kicks.
